Rachel joined CCG Property Management on September 25, 2023. Rachel has 16 years experience in the property management industry. Rachel started her career at CB Richard Ellis as an Assistant Manager working on a portfolio of office, retail and light industrial properties. She then worked for Shorenstein Realty Services for 10 years managing Lincoln Center and was most recently with BKM Property Management overseeing a portfolio of industrial and flex assets. Rachel’s responsibilities included full-service building operations, financial budgeting and reporting, capital project management, leading and supervising a team, contract negotiation, conflict resolution, and vendor management.

Upon joining the team at CCG Property Management, Rachel oversees an office portfolio that includes eight office properties located in Hillsboro, downtown Portland and SW Portland and a flex property in SW Portland.

Rachel is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and holds an Oregon Real Estate license. In her free time she enjoys creating or rewriting recipes. She recently created a dairy free asparagus soup that she would like to enter in a food contest. She also loves animals, has 3 dogs and is a somewhat successful urban gardener.
