Mariz joined CCG Property Management in June, 2022. Before joining CCG, she worked for two years as a property accountant for Ojo Bookkeeping, a company that provided outsourced accounting services to property management companies in the US. In this role, Mariz worked with property managers, tenants, building owners and vendors.  She also mentored new property accountants as they joined the company. Mariz has 12 years accounting experience working for both private companies and governmental agencies.

Mariz is based in the Philippines.  She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Batangas.  She is versed in a variety of software platforms including Yardi, Avid, AppFolio, Quickbooks, Xero and Microsoft Office.  She is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines and certified advisor for QuickBooks Pro and Xero.

Mariz has two daughters and loves to spend her free time with her family watching Netflix.  On weekends, her family enjoys a hanging out and watching the sunset at a nearby beach.
